Returns & Exchanges
- 1. Decor, Towels, Ceramics, Glassware & Kitchen products - 48 hours Returnable
- 2. Accent Furniture - 7 days Replacement
- 3. Garden - 48 hours Replacement
- 4. Soft Furnishings (Bedsheets, Cushion Covers, Throws, Curtains, Table Linen) - 5 Days Returnable
1. Products cannot be exchanged/returned/replaced once they have been used or washed.
2. We offer one free replacement if the product is undamaged. Further replacements incur shipping charges.

Refunds are initiated after receiving the returned shipment or order cancellation.

A bulk order is any purchase quantity above 10 units.
